Terms and Conditions

Delivery times vary according to driver and a specific time cannot be guaranteed

Meals are delivered on a weekly basis (Monday - Friday). Time can range from 4:00pm to 6:30pm at the latest; this will depend on your area of residence.

If you would like to cancel your order for the following week please do so the previous Friday, if this is not followed through you will be subject to a penalty fee of R80.00

If cancellations are made for one night during the course of the week, you are still liable for the full week’s payment.

Payments MUST be made on a Friday for the week ahead or Monday for the latest. Money can be handed to the driver or through internet banking. If there are any problems please let me know before Monday.
Should no payment be recieved by Wednesday further delivery will be cancelled for the current week

Please note that portions vary according to your family size

Please ensure that all bowls and bags (including plastic containers) are returned daily and that they are looked after whilst in your care. The amount of bowls will be checked the next day
(Please do not microwave plastic bowls and ensure bowls are clean when returned to Driver)
